Flyover Map 3D ("we", "us") provides a web application that generates 3D flyover videos from route data. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Account information: email address and authentication identifiers.

Usage data: submitted routes, job metadata, and usage logs required to operate the service.

Payment information: processed by Stripe. We do not store full card details.

Generated outputs: rendered videos and intermediate files stored in our cloud infrastructure.

How We Use Information

We use the information to create your flyover videos, manage your account and credits, provide support, improve the product, and keep the service secure.

Sharing

We share data with service providers necessary to run the app, including:

Google Cloud (compute and storage) and Firebase (authentication).

Stripe for payments and receipts.

We do not sell your personal information.

Data Retention

We keep account data while your account is active. Rendered outputs may be retained for up to 14 days to allow download, after which they may be deleted. Logs may be retained for operational and security purposes.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. No system is 100% secure; please use strong passwords and keep your account information safe.
